The School of World Economy brings together specialists who take an in-depth look at the processes underlying global economic life and key areas of the world economy. Global governance, economic growth, global finance and energy, resource and environmental problems, the economic specifics of particular regions and countries, as well as integration processes and international trade mechanisms are all issues that they look at.
School staff combine academic research work with teaching, collaboration with state institutes and businesses, which means they are in a position to give students a comprehensive introduction to the fundamental issues and to engage their interest in the intersection between academia and the real world.
